PHR app : HIP initiated, PULL RECORDS

Here are the sequence of actions i did after registering webhook site url :

  1. Logged into PHR app
  2. Tried care context discovery for HIP(Here i get a hit in webhook site).
  3. Clicked on PULL RECORDS for HIP(No call on click of button)

@IntegrationSupport Please check if -/v0.5/health-information/hip/request api is being triggered from your end on click of PULL RECORDS from PHR app.

Yes, this is working for us and we validated the same with 2 other integrating entity also.
Can you share the datapush url that you have for sending data to PHR app?

yes we tried. but we did not receive any response from ABDM while pulling records. Normally how long it would take after hitting pull records from PHR app? We are using PHR app version 2.2.8.
We are expecting call from CM at
registered_URL/v0.5/health-information/hip/request

Hi @dipangshu - App version is correct. Remove the app cache and try again.
It instantly hit the server after clicking on pull records.
