Not receiving notify and hip/request calls

I’m not receiving the notify & hip/request calls from the gateway after clicking the get data button on the PHR app.
First it is showing Data Fetch in progress and then without sending any notify or request call it is giving error.

Hi @Shubhanshu_Shukla,

I tried it again and I’m getting the same error of not getting any calls from the gateway.

@rahulChugh pls refer to the other thread, reference number needs to be set correctly.
