Not getting call back from /v0.5/health-information/hip/request

We re getting 202 Accepted code on https://dev.abdm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/consents/hip/on-notify.
But not getting call back /v0.5/health-information/hip/request from ABDM

@IntegrationSupport @Ramandeep1 We are facing the same issue on our implementation as well. After consent approval, we are not getting /v0.5/health-information/hip/request callback from gateway.

https://pipedream.com/
and our hosted https://his.safecareapps.com:8086/abdm-0.1/ .

But when we used https://ngrok.com/ We are getting response.

Hai @salahudheen @jinju87 @IntegrationSupport No, we are getting 202 Accepted for “on-discovery” API ,but in PHR APP show “unable to contact this hospital” is there any special conditions to execute Discovery Linking API’s flow
