Hello @Prince kindly share the header screenshot, this error can be occured while passing incorrect details, i see that there are so many headers so kindly share the screenshot of the headers

@Prince in the above screenshot, you need to pass

  1. accept
    2)accept-Language
    3)Content-Type
    4)Connection : keep-alive

*You wont pass Authorization and X-CM-ID

@syamprakashp yes it is now working i’m only passing content-type application/json in header

so we need to pass the below content type to the headers

  1. accept
    2)accept-Language
    3)Content-Type
    4)Connection : keep-alive
  1. pass Authorization and X-CM-ID
