NDHM Url is not getting accessed

NDHM URL -https://dev.ndhm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/sessions is not getting accessed from our server and microsoft has validated that issue is not at our Infra side , its related to govt site they are blocking the access.

We are getting Error message “The requested URL was rejected. Please contact your administrator”

HI @Raghvendra,

You would also be getting a support request id. Please let us know the same so we can tell you the exact cause. A few possibilities of the same could be:

  • Not a valid JSON being passed
  • Headers with blank values is being passed
  • The URLs are being accessed from servers hosted outside of India. The URLs are restricted to be able to accessed only within India.

Let us know the support request if all the above scenario are not applicable for you.

Are you still facing this problem? If so could you please pass new Request IDs. Somehow we are not able to find these two IDs in the logs.
