NDHM app throwing error

I am not able to fetch data o NDHM app. It is throwing the error:

Could you please tell us some more information on this?

  • What actions were you doing or did after which this happened?
  • Could you please also tell the time when this error occurred, it will help us to narrow down to the specific section of logs.

hello @mdubey
we are also facing same error.
this start happening from yesterday evening around 7.30 PM … this error occure just after login in PHR Application.

Please provide some feedback on this.

Thanks for reporting this and waiting for us t resolve. There was some issue while calling the links API, which is resolved now.

thanks for reply…
we are testing again …now login is working properly…
but i am still getiing error on api “/v1/auth/authWithMobile”
error message is

“code”: “HIS-500”,
“message”: “An unexpected error has occured. Please try again in sometime.”
}

What are you using this API for and what issue are you facing? Also if you have an original thread please post it at that thread.
