NRCES has Currently provided 7 HI-Type, in out of 7 how many are supported in PHR app.

Hi @chitendra

As of now 5 existing HI-Types are supported in the PHR app. The 2 new HI Types (Wellness Record and HealthRecordDocument) will be deployed to sandbox soon.
