Seems like two of your HealthId’s are associated with single HealthIdNumber which can never be the case with the current system.We want to confirm the same & investigate more. So, we request you to share the HealthIdNumber that is associated with the healthId: priyabkaranpise@sbx on ndhm.support@nha.gov.in

Could you please let us know how did you create this health-id (priyabkaranpise@sbx
). Was it using PHR App or using the health-id system.
We don’t have any user with this id in PHR system, however it is present in the health-id system.
