Discovery API giving the timeout on PHR app

Hey team,

We have implemented the user-initiated discovery flow & the same as working fine a week ago. As we were going through the tests again we saw that the discovery is not working on the PHR app. We checked our system & we are sending the response & /on-discover callback correctly.

Can you please look into this ASAP, as we are going through the functional testing! Looking forward for your reply.
