Auto Approval has stopped working in production systems

In production auto-approval has stopped working. The following consent requested by the user was not granted automatically by the gateway, the user had to explicitly approve the same.

Auto-Approval-ID --> 9bac89b0-0a82-413d-8a6c-b5939f253793

You might notice that the current state of the consent is granted, but that the user had to do manually.

This is failing in our production systems for all users.
